Struggling with ADHD or Anxiety – Try Choline

I recently saw this Youtube video about a supplement called Choline, and decided to try it and see if it helped ease my anxiety. I was very surprised to find that it really helped my mood, stress levels, sadness, and even eased some of my ADHD symptoms! I weigh about 90kg and am taking 500mg once a day.
